National Geographic Live Presents **Jess Cramp: The Untold Story of Sharks! **
Christmas Stocking Stuffer Idea!
Give the gift of discovery and join the Calgary Retired Teachers Association for a spectacular afternoon all about SHARKS!
Description of Activity:
Sharks have patrolled Earth’s oceans since long before the dinosaurs, yet only recently have we begun to understand the true complexity of these remarkable predators. Fifty years after Jaws first stunned audiences, National Geographic opens its archives to reveal the pioneering 20th-century women who shaped shark science and to showcase the cutting-edge conservation work of shark researcher and National Geographic Explorer Jess Cramp.
Dive beneath the vibrant waters of the South Pacific and experience what it truly takes to protect shark species – live on stage as part of the Werklund Centre’s National Geographic Live series at the Jack Singer Concert Hall.
