Walk and Refreshments for Active Aging Week

Description of Activity:

Join Linda for a 5 – 6 KM walk (about 75 – 90 minutes) on the paths of North Glenmore Park followed by refreshments. Participants will meet at North Glenmore Park, Café du Parc. Parking lot L is close, as is the Inclusive Playground.  Following your online registration and confirmation, please email Linda your choice from the menu listed. Menu choice due by September 21.

Date and Time of Activity:   Thursday, October 3, 2024, 9:00 AM

Cancellation or postponement may occur if it is excessively inclement.

Location:  North Glenmore Park, Café du Parc. Parking lot L is close, as is the Inclusive Playground.

Registration Cost for Members: $8.60 ($8.19 + $0.41 GST)

Registration Cost for Non-Members: $10.74 ($10.23 + $0.51 GST)

Capacity:  20

Registration will open:  Saturday, September 14th at 9:00 AM

Registration will close:   Saturday, September 21st or when 20 people have registered

Receipt of Payment Required by: September 25, 2024

MENU CHOICES:

Choose 1: 12 oz latte, 12 oz mocha, 12 oz brewed coffee from Peru, 12 0z London Fog, 12 oz Chai Latte, 12 oz hot chocolate, 8 oz apple cider

Choose 1: pumpkin loaf cream cheese icing, gluten free brownie, , chocolate croissant, double baked almond croissant
