Annual ARTA Wellness Challenge is happening again between April 1 and June 30, 2023

Let’s Get Physical!
Health Canada documents state “Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities”. One of the guidelines for adults aged 65 and older points to 150 minutes a week or 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. The annual ARTA Wellness Challenge is happening again between April 1 and June 30, 2023. This year participation in the challenge is simplified and I hope you will register with me and really boost our Branch Participation.
How to Participate

lindam8484@gmail.com and include your ARTA membership number
· Use the calendar (in the latest edition of News and Views or any calendar you
